This format is compatible with Microsoft Windows system, MacOS and Unix / Linux.
You can obtain Adobe® Acrobat Reader free of charge.

By purchasing, downloading and/or printing music offered by SAMAMBAIA Music , you agree to the following terms, conditions, and restrictions:

Sheetmusic is watermarked with a name and a code of identification of the buyer/licensee.

You may:

-Keep one electronic copy of the PDF format music solely for back-up purposes
-Print copies of the PDF format music for your personal purposes (performances, personal study, musical teaching, etc.) but for no other purpose.

You may not:

-Distribute copies of the PDF format music in whole or in part.
-Make derivatives, alterations or modifications to the PDF format music or any copy.
-Sub-license, rent, share, lease, lend, sell, entrust, assign, distribute, transfer, or grant others on a temporary or permanent basis.
-Record any PDF format music without written permission from SAMAMBAIA Music.
-Remove the copyright interest and/or designation of SAMAMBAIA Music and it’s respected artists on each copy of the PDF format music.
-Make verbal or media translation of the PDF format music.
-Make telecommunication data transmission of the PDF format music.
-Transmit via a network or diffusion in any form (even partially)
-Utilize the musical content (copyright protected) for different purposes than above mentioned.
-You may not purchase this PDF format music for a school district or institution and distribute it through a centralized library or other distribution mechanism to many locations.
-This license is for a one person use only.

The music is protected by United States and international copyright laws and treaties as well as other intellectual property laws. All title and copyrights in and to the music, are the valuable intellectual property of SAMAMBAIA Music and its respected composers.
SAMAMBAIA Music publishes high quality, digital print music (in the Adobe PDF format) via the Internet. Instead of notation on paper, we are selling/granting you permission (through a License Agreement) to print copies for your own noncommercial use in accordance to the terms of the License Agreement.

Miscellaneous:

This legal document describes the complete and exclusive agreement of the rights and obligations of SAMAMBAIA Music (Vendor) and the musician/educator/client (Customer) and shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
The SAMAMBAIA Music PDF format music and any accompanying materials are protected under federal copyright laws. Unauthorized copying or use of these materials beyond the scope of this agreement is forbidden. Any unauthorized copying, use, and /or distribution of this music is a violation of the license agreement and of the United States copyright law.

You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused by your failure to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
